Asthma Health Risk Assessment

If asthma is affecting your life you may need to take action to improve your asthma control because asthma can lead to serious health, work-related, and financial problems. In 2003 adults missed more than 10 million work days due to asthma in the United States.1

The Asthma Control TestTM is a simple quiz to help you to determine if your asthma is well controlled. Please keep in mind this quiz cannot diagnose you with asthma, but it may be used as a tool to help you determine if you should seek further evaluation of your asthma from your doctor.
