Health Conditions

Atrial Fibrillation

What are the symptoms?

The most common symptom of AF is heart palpitations, the uncomfortable sensation of a fluttering, rapid heartbeat. Other symptoms are those likely caused by diminished flow of oxygen-rich blood to the rest of the body. These may include shortness-of-breath, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, weakness, and tiredness.
