Blood clots ? including deep venous thromboembolisms (DVTs), which are blood clots in the leg
Liver cancer
Stroke

Heart attacks, especially among smokers
High blood pressure

Possible estrogen side effects:

Bloating
Breast tenderness
Headaches
Nausea
